absolute worst place to live in Charlotte I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, I live here now (March 2021 to March 2022) and was going to renew because of personal problems but they want 1092( 970 now for no dishwasher, roaches because other residents are nasty, no W&D or hookups, people don't leash their dogs, strays all around ) for a unit not even worth 1000 (Only thing the did was add new Refrigerator and stove , Oldest AC unit in complex, constant flooding at back door ) . Please I stress DO NOT MOVE HERE you will always have an issue with something. I have a unit where my tub is peeling like it was painted, my air unit has gone out several times and that's been throughout the year I've lived here. I would advise anyone in need of you are in desperate need of a place stay in a HOTEL. The only good part is SOME of the residents here are nice but the units are CRAPPY.

IT WOULD A TRUE BLESSING IF WE COULD LIVE HERE AT LEAST BE ABLE TO MOVE IN BEFORE CHRiSTMAS FOR US 3, ( MY DAUGHTER, MY GRANDDAUGHTER & ME)! WE HAVE BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES BUT YOu DID NOT HAVE NO 3 BDRM AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE CALL ME OR EMAiL ME WHEN YOU Do ASAP, THANK YoU!!!
