Please do not rent here. Everything was all good until I had to move out. Remember it's 60 and not 30. First apt in over 25 yrs to still pay even though I gave proper notification. They change employees more than a newborn changes diapers; therefore, do not take them at their word. Make copies, take pictures of everything, and make sure your present for when they walk your apartment (I requested this and no response was provided). The apartments are ok, but they are not worth $1000, and up. The trash is horrible; but I am not able to tell if that is their or rental people issue. All my windows did not open, they need an update, but the look is still ok. The maintenance was good when they had an older black man but like I said they go through employees a lot. I always received my packages, my neighbors were great, it's in a great location so I get it. If you still rent here, just remember to not take them at their word and just make sure they provide you a copy of whatever they say (which is always a bunch of bull). Management is a joke, protect yourself!! Like I said in over 25 yrs of renting, this experience was not good. I wouldn't recommend this place, to anyone. Trust you can find something else, with more competent, and kind people. Their the devil, so deal with them as such. Belive the reviews!

I am in the process of becoming a resident, relocating from Florida and Victor has been amazing. Communication was consistent and precise every step of the way. The property is beautiful and reasonable for the square footage. I look forward to my move in date next week.

Terrible! Maintenance patches and hardly responds. Very seldom is there anyone to answer office phones. Huge turnover with office staff. Numerous concerns & issue after issue with the units from flooding to plumbing issues, toilet won't flush, roaches!!! Willing to break a lease b/c of this crazy uncomfortable crap! No way to live! Contacted Corporate to absolutely NO avail! They never responded even after they said they would look into everything over two months ago!

Good: The location is fantastic. I work around the Airport area and it's only a 10-15 minute drive to work. There is an Aldi right across the street and you can get food delivered from most anywhere that delivers. There is actually a Chinese place across the street that has great sushi. Bad: Management has difficulty handling their books. A great example is when they kept asking me for my rental insurance paperwork, despite my giving them multiple copies over the course of a month. Another example is when they let me know that I "qualified for a special renewal offer" if I renewed by the 15th of the month... but unfortunately the notice was delivered and dated the 17th of the month. Not to mention that this was over a month after I notified them of my intent to move out. Maintenance issues will be randomly marked as "completed" despite the issue never having been fixed. I would regularly go a week without any updates on maintenance issues. I would stop by the office after a week and be told someone will look into it in the next day or so. My AC stopped working properly in November 2016 and it was "fixed". Started trying to use it in April to find it didn't work at all. It took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to the first maintenance request. Then I came home to find my windows closed, the AC on, and the unit was blasting hot air in my 90 degree living room. This actually happened several times. They just kept "charging the coils", then the unit would work for 24 hours and stop. It wasn't until late May that they finally fixed the issue. Meanwhile my 3rd floor apartment was between 80 and 90 degrees almost constantly. Ugly: I am moving out a month and a half before the end of my lease. I finally had it to the point that I am willing to pay rent at two apartments for two months just so I can be done with them.
