I had to end my lease early due to a bug issue that never gotten resolved. After paying over $4,000 to to break my lease I got a move out statement for $756 just for water and sewer. I moved out in July 2021 and my issue has never gotten resolved. I can never get contact with anyone.

I am a relatively new resident here at The Palmer. I moved in at the end of February. It has been a very smooth transition, being that I moved from NY. From looking at the apartments, with the help of TJ (awesome), to signing all required documents and up to move it day.. there havent been any problems. I especially love when I call maintenance, they usually arrive early the very next day!

When I first moved in it was a clean and quant place. The amenities were accessible and well kept. Two years later I am moving out and am extremely disappointed. The price has gone up but the customer service and assistance to maintenance issues has drastically gone down. Trash is left for days, the pool has been closed the majority of the time Ive lived here and the list goes on. I would not recommend.
