The price is good, the location and the grounds are good, the apartment is great, except for the fact that there are ROACHES. Waterbugs/roaches, its all the same! I wouldve never signed a lease had I known there were ROACHES.
This place is disgusting do not go there idc what's your reason you'll find something better. Trash dumbed on the curb instead of the compactor, roaches, break ins, shootings smh , Also please note that a lot of (good comments) are from the management to boost sales you'll thank me if you find something better. Just moved 3 weeks ago btw
The reasons as to why I did not select excellent because the rent online payment and office availability had been an inconvenience for working professionals. The rent transaction fee online is $14, which I find extreme and expensive. Especially when I am not able to make it to a bank due to getting off late and forced to have to pay online The gym and laundry room is only available during office hours (9-5:30) which is during the time I have to work so I'm never able to access those facilities.
The amenities which attracted to the property are mostly out of service or locked after 5 when I most need the use. Multiple cars that I've seen with no tags taking up parking but the rest of aren't allowed to have more than one car per person.
