DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE! The management will treat you nice until you sign your lease. Then the management will mislead and lie to you. The management is not consistent with their decision pertaining to the lease agreement and will try to get every bit of money out of you possible. They will lie to get their way and make you pay. This is also a dangerous community, in the evenings multiple gunshots will be in close proximity at least 3 times a week. Consider yourself warned.
You can find better living somewhere else. They are overpriced.
If you need any further explanation or feedback feel free to google message me.
The only positive is the maintenance team. Those guys are reasonable and friendly.
The apartments are ok from the promo pics. But they are overpriced! 1st. the frame/foundation of the apartments are made of WOOD! old wood at that. That means I can hear everything my neighbors do in their apartments and when they are using the wood stairs going to their apts! 2nd some of these neighbors think its cool to blast music from their cars on a Sunday morning for whole complex. I see a lot of people leaving every 1st of the month and with the rent decreasing I can imagine what the new tenants will be like...
No because of the noise and hidden fees that we were not informed about before we moved in.
The complex is nice, and the apartments are okay, but they are overpriced for what you get.
I would tell them that its a very peaceful place to live
