Overcharged when moved out. Great location and size of apartments. Management is a joke and is more concerned with their own well being than the well being of their tenants. Complaints made repetitively with no action taken by staff. Terrible communication from office. Kind maintenance workers. Trash poorly maintained.

The parking was terrible and we were told we would have a door from the master bedroom onto the balcony and we did not. Also the closet in the master bedroom was less than half what we were told it would be.

I have never experienced such a quick and easy rental process in my life! I was a walk in and greeted so kindly by Antonio. He answered every question I had and within 2 days I have a beautiful new apartment. I am so grateful for how stress free this whole process was.

My experience thus far has been great from the very first tour all the way til now communication and professionalism has been phenomenal I especially wanted to make sure to give a special thank you to the assistant property manager Antonio for helping me during my moving process he has been extremely prompt in responding to all of my questions and has really taken the time and patience to make sure all of my needs and expectations for an apartment were met!

It's been 1 month since I've been living at The Fairways Apartments, so far I have nothing to complain about, Danielle from Office is super attentive and kind, the complex is clean, maintenance is ready to help. My apartment is spacious, extremely well lit and cozy, I wanted it on my first visit. Communication with administration so far very practical. I hope I can continue to have this great stay until the end of my contract.

I recently had a few issues in my apartment, and Francisco has been the maintenance person that’s come over and I’ve got to tell you he has been absolutely amazing, very professional and polite. Francisco and Juan make a great team! And if you’re going to work with somebody in the main office, talk with SHANTI she’s absolutely amazing.

I lived here for one year, and only moved because I relocated out of state. I really enjoyed the location of our apartment. We walked to Trader Joe’s, CVS, and dominos regularly! Management was always attentive, quick to respond, and maintenance usually shows up same day or next day. I never had any issues go unresolved. Antonio is especially fantastic and always was there when I needed something. I recommend this place for affordable living in a beautiful south Charlotte setting!

This place is the worst in the Piper Glenn/Ballantyne area. i moved here in January 2022, the apartments are OLD full of roaches, the maintenance and management will do NOTHING to help you! they will only tell you sorry but YOU ARE NOT A PRIORITY! they will however, take all your money. They charged me 2x more the deposit and gave me an apartment with cracked ceilings, broken windows, full of roaches, rotten kitchen cabinets, clogged bathroom and kitchen sinks, broken sliding doors, you name it! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME YOU'LL GET MORE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY! just now NEW STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE!!! PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!! There have been 3 management changes in the time I’ve been here (April 2020). Some of the issues I put on my move-in checklist have still not been fixed. My sink leaks frequently and should’ve been an easy fix; when my fiancé went to change the tap, he realized we would HAVE to call maintenance because of the way the sink is rigged up Macgyver-style. There have been ongoing issues with the TRASH for several months now (I have photos going back to September 2021); it is disgusting and a health hazard, as well as being the first thing people see when driving into the complex. I personally had to lure a possum out of the mail room with dog food. My heat has been broken for 2 weeks and it is currently snowing. This is not the first time my HVAC unit has stopped functioning; it’s been ongoing since moving in. On the topic of snow, management nor maintenance bothered to salt the sidewalks or parking lots, leaving tenants in unsafe, icy conditions. There is a cockroach infestation in the complex. Myself and several neighbors have seen multiples of them and we are clean tenants. There are also house centipedes and wasps. When complaining to the office, they will not remove wasp or hornets nests and they leave you to your own devices. Since moving in (reminder: April 2020), I have used 0 amenities because they haven’t been open. The pool was open for the month of October 2021 and that was it. The gym just recently opened but is only accessible during business hours; I have a job during business hours (that’s why they’re called “business hours”). For what they expect you to pay in rent, none of it seems to go towards maintaining an inhabitable, safe living environment.

Just had my sink break again. Soaked all our belongings underneath. All the amenities still closed. We ask about a prorate since everything is closed, they said rent money doesn’t go toward paying for amenities. How do they pay for it?
