I have rented many many places throughout the years. The staff at Sterling Magnolia is the best staff I've ever encountered. Professional, super helpful, and they care. This is very unusual from my previous experiences. This includes both maintenance and office personnel. The grounds and the apartments are also beautifully maintained. I also feel safe with the apartment doors on the inside and I love having underground parking. The elevator is a plus when moving.
Loved the light in my 2 bedroom, cleanliness, privacy and safety. The office team and maintenance staff were very exceptional. professional and personable.
Location is quiet. Grounds and buildings are well-maintained.
I feel that the apartment is a good value for the amenities that it has (parking garage, elevator, pool, gym, restricted access to name a few) for the area that it is in. Many more apartments with those amenities in the area have much higher rates. While I think the office staff is friendly, they are OK at best. I feel the communication aspects lack tremendously- for example, I came home from work to find 4 contractors in my apartment and my furniture cleared out- without notification.
Overall Sterling has been good. Its a nice complex and relatively quiet. My only gripe is that I live at the 3510 apartment building and I'm near the garage door. Being that we have a solid garage door still, its quiet loud in the morning and the evenings when its going up and down. If that could be alleviated that would be great. There is a lot of squeaking from the door.
