Very helpful office staff. Made the pricing simple and move-in efficient. Location is excellent right at SouthPark at Colony Road & Sharon: high end retail, luxury boutiques, modern restaurants, art galleries, Barnes & Noble, grocery and organic shops walking distance. Yoga Studios, Gym, Pool, Club House. I was able to rent almost 1,000 SF with a huge patio overlooking the interior garden for what others were asking for a 600 SF studio! Quiet and lots of covered parking and secured access. Everything but electric included: Fiber Optic Internet, Spectrum Cable 125-channel, Water*, Washer/Dryer in unit, Trash for about $200/mo. These buildings feature owner residents and rental units -- people who care about their homes and neighbors. Recently sold my home in Myers Park after 20 years and this is right where I wanted to be. Convenient to everything including Uptown, South Charlotte, Cotswold, Myers Park, Dilworth, and Montford.

RUN- first of all the pictures on here must be ten years old-the place is a smelly dump-NO security, garbage smells all over, NO AC in the halls, flooding issues, roaches- biggest scam in South park- do not rent here you will be so sorry!!! They have all these extra monthly fees on top of your rent- RUN!!!!
