I am very unhappy with the maintenance here. I have made several requests for the electrical outlets in our apartment and they are still not working. Also paint is all coming down off ceiling in our my 2nd bathroom and they have yet to come back and fix it.

Constantly changing management and god forbid they fix anything in your unit. If you like living in a 90+ degree apartment, then this is the place for you. They also charge for internet and cable, though they have yet to provide internet or cable to the community. They put all their effort into making the grounds and office look flashy, but once you move in you are on your own.
