Excellent apartment community. Quiet, well kept, and a wonderful location in Charlotte. Close to uptown and walking distance to many places including Freedom Park.

The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. Marsh Properties is prompt to respond to any issues. They properties are well kept, especially when you consider the age of them.

Great location in city, in my building, and on a quiet cul-de-sac in natural setting. Like townhouse floor plan, vintage style, roomy closets, and private patio. Appreciate quiet neighborhood, front-door parking, garbage & recycling pickup, responsive maintenance to various issues. The only thing that keeps me from giving an excellent rating is the sudden and extreme increase in rent effective in June. I expect reasonable annual increments, but $45/month seems exorbitant.

Recently, did renovations in townhome next to me. Construction has lasted almost a month now and has been EXTREMELY loud during the day. They did not give me a warning about the construction. When I brought it up, they did offer to give me a slightly discounted rate; however, they also said it would only last 2 weeks . . . not 4 and counting.

Good location and maintenance service. Always parking which is nice. The apartments and their appliances are aging which means more frequent calls to maintenance, more pests. A decent but quickly diminishing value as new apartments are built and Salem Village rent is increasing without additional benefit. Pool opens late and closes early compared to other complexes and offers little to no other amenities. Office staff is a mixed bag. Some are very helpful, others are curt and slow to respond.
