Very helpful office staff who is extremely helpful.
No crime and good maintenance
I have been living here a year and a half and I haven't had any serious issues. The staff is very polite and professional and any maintence issues are resolved in a reasonable manner. I was warned before moving that hidden valley is the "hood" but these apartments are in the front, urban area, but I haven't witnessed any crime or had any reasons to feel unsafe. I will renew my lease as long as rent doesn't go up.
I miss basic amenities like microwave and dish washer.
Local management is resident friendly.
no parking, poor customer services.
What is a Certified Resident?
