Zero competence from leasing office staff, maintenance is lazy doesnt respond in a timely manner, complex is very old so pipes and bathrooms as well as kitchens are decaying. I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you like living in a dump. I basically was lied to from the day I signed the lease, got locked into a 12 month contract.
Never received a response from the management team I have called several times and sent request for info about availability I finally gave up.
The location is good and I always felt safe there, that is the main thing this complex has going for it. The pools are nice when they are open and the grounds are nice but that is where the pros end. Management is absolutely terrible. I had to call every month to get my water bill adjusted and even after that it was almost $50 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with no washer and dryer. Valet trash was convenient but you have to pay $25 a month for it. I usually didn't use my AC while watching TV because when it was on it sounded like a jet engine. I had loud neighbors in a toxic relationship that I had to call the police on at 3 am. The walls as well as the floors are paper thin and I heard every move my neighbors made and even heard when their shower was on. I had a long seam going down the side of my living room wall that looked terrible. I was told when I moved in the tub would be resurfaced but that never happened. One day I was sitting in my living room watching TV and all of a sudden the ceiling started leaking from like 6 places. The maintenance guy told me my neighbor upstairs overflowed their sink. The last few months I was there I had a squirrel living in the crawlspace under my apartment and it was still there when I moved out even though I called the office to ask them to take care of it probably 10 times. They claimed they were working on it every time I called but nothing was ever done. It is very creepy when it sounds like a squirrel is trying to chew its way through your carpet.
When I moved in I was told that there would be a walk through with a leasing agent... I was given the keys and the move in sheet. The trash valet service that is part of the rent is a joke. My trash sits outside my door all week. I'm not pleased with maintenance either. Whoever came in to fix my doorbell and outlets obviously used my bathroom .
1 bedroom apartment advertised at $703, but actually was $793 because of cable TV and laundry valet charges over which you have no control
