    Our stay at Providence Park has been a very quiet and wonderful experience. The office staff is warm, welcoming and pleasant during our visits for any reason. Maintenance is quick to respond to our service requests and we (my husband and I) would most definitely recommend it for an apartment home.

    he negative reviews seem to have validity. I went in and spoke to Jeanie today about my family possibly renting an apartment. I brought up my concerns due to the reviews we read. She cut me off and then was kind enough to let me finish after I brought it to her attention that she didnt let me finish. My concerns were noise complaints along with the complaints involved with the property keeping deposits and charging for units with pets. I explained that I viewed similar complaints/claims from one of the other Marsh Properties (Strawberry Hill) and this worried me because it seems like the company pushes unwarranted charges on pet owners with no proof. I asked her to explain to me how they check a carpet because In one of the other reviews the tenant stated the office said that pull up parts of the carpet. So I asked if you pull up the whole carpet and put it back down every time? This is when she is clearly getting frustrated and acting more rudely. I asked if I could see some proof of new carpet or to see the carpet because I didnt want to be stuck replacing carpet just because I have a dog (who doesnt use the restroom inside). She said, thats not how we do things. There was more things she said but, the final remarks consisted of, Marsh Properties might not be for you. I agreed! When there is no Transparency or proof then a business is probably doing something they shouldnt. Im so happy I did my research and trusted my gut to ask these questions because as soon as she was a little uncomfortable you could see how she would probably act in the future. Which was unprofessional.

    We visited providence park and decided to make it our home. We met with Jeane and she was terrific. Showed us around well and answered all our queries patiently. Shes friendly and likeable and helpedcour decision to rent an apartment.

    I have lived at P.P. for 5-1/2 years. It is one of the most beautiful and well maintained properties I have lived in. The staff is super friendly and always professional and helpful. I came home one night to no AC on one of the hottest days this summer. Maintenance (John) came to my apartment that night and fixed it. I have always been pleased with management's quick response to issues like that. Thank you to the staff, management and maintenance! You guys rock!
