Post Park at Phillips Place used to be a good place to live until it was sold to MAA last year. All previous Post Management has left and been replaced by MAA Management. The new management is not resident focused at all or effective. Also, it takes forever for maintenance repairs to be address compared with a 24-hour turn around previously. Parking is an issue as there are no assigned spots. Residents with garages use them for storage and take up the parking space for those without garages. There are too many new apartments in the area now to settle for Post especially since the Post interiors are dated (no granite, stainless steel, tile, hardwoods, etc) and management has declined. The only plus is the pool and it's a gated community.

Beautiful community right in the heart of South Park! Safe and pretty. Great for singles, young couples and older people too. Close to the mall and grocery, banking, medical offices are within a few minutes drive. Love living at Post Park!
