Amazing. The staff is so sweet and helpful. but most of all the area is great. You have so much around here and close to the highway.

If I can be honest here, My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and the place in beautiful. Never any issues other than a leaking faucet and the maintenance guy was out the same day to fix it.

THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN, ONLY LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR!!! Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE because the walls are super thin. You can hear people walk upstairs all day, listen to their conversations, and hear everytime they vacuum their floors or use their washing machine. If you put your head to the wall, you can easily hear your next door neighbors full conversations. I can hear the person who lives above me use the bathroom ( flushing toilet) snoring at night and walking around their apartment all day. I knew a friend that lived in the building and they moved out, but when I went to vist their apartment in the same complex, I was shocked that it's not just me experiencing this noise problem. I really thought I was the only one until my friend complained to me that their family has been living through the thin walls and poor installation conditions in the building for almost 12 months ( I wish they would of told me this before I signed my lease). I can't believe that they built this building so cheap. It looks beautiful from the outside, once you sign your lease and you spend a night- NOISE! They have poor security service. I talked to the one security guard that I randomly see and he told me that the apartment complex doesn't employ a full-time in house/ on property guard. He told me that has 6 other building that he also patrols. If there was an emergency which there's always noise and vandalism, it would take him 20min to get here. I called the security company to verify what the security guard told me and the manager said that it's true, the apartment complex chose not to have a full in house security guard on post all day, but rather chose the cheaper option of having one officer make a routine check every hour. I'm now looking for another place to live... who wants to live in a building and hear your neighbors every footsteps and conversations. Who wants to hear dogs barking 6 doors down from your unit because the walls are so thin.

Save yourself time and money, and look elsewhere. This place is horrible, and should not be held out as a luxury apartment complex. This is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments look nice, but they are poorly constructed, which contributes to major maintenance issues. That is odd, considering these apartments were only constructed 3 years ago. Good luck getting anything fixed in a timely fashion. We have been dealing with a literal leak in our apartment for nearly 3 months. There is a new maintenance team every 3-6 months, and each one is worse than the last. There is also high turnover in the management team, and they are even worse than the maintenance team. They are RUDE and incompetent. Good luck voicing you concerns to RK Properties upper management because they will likely ignore you. You can move somewhere much nicer around here for the same price.

My stay here was definitely horrible, I woke up to dogs barking from all different sides and it doesnt sound like the slightest sound proof walks by any chance, dogs beside me and above me daily woke me up at 3-7 in the morning. You can literally hear everything the person that lives next to you is doing, the apartments are built horrible. The apartment has a pet policy but it is not enforced so good luck if you get around those certain people who dont care if they live in a apartment complex or not. Dog waste just about everywhere you walk because people with pets are not picking up after there dogs, maintenance does a horrible job as well because for about a month there was glass in the parking lot nobody would just get up. Elevators but good luck if you want to take those, people lets their pets pee in then left to right. Never any parking due to just anybody coming and parking here. Chose to not renew my lease.

I moved to Charlotte in May, and took a 6 month lease so that I could look for a house. I found one after 2 months, and gave my notice that I would be moving out at the end of August. Woods properties was the management at that time. I gave my notice, and paid 2 month rent for breaking my lease. After I moved out at the end of August, a new company bought the property. This is December 28th, and I just got a bill from the new company billing me for months that I didn't live there...4 months after I move out! They didn't even know I had moved out, they hadn't checked the apartment, and apparently didn't check the previous managements records! The office staff is INCOMPETENT, and I've heard horror stories about filthy elevators, condoms and tampons laying on the grounds, fast food trash lying around and loud raucous parties that are uncontrolled to late hours of the night. For someone needing to sleep, and keep regular hours, this is NOT the place to live! Do yourself a favor, and pass on this place!
