I love where I'm at. I can't really say anything negative about this place. The management does its best for the residents to live comfortably.

Honest Review I have been a resident at pavilion village since 2017 and have truly seen this property go from great to worst as a result from the many changes in staffing roles with property managers, assistant property managers, and leasing agents. Ive had to make many complaints on neighbors such as leaving trash outside of their doors for several days, children being left unattended/unsupervised in the breezeways and playing near residents doors, being attacked by a neighbors dog that was not listed on their lease or cleared by the property and was unleashed when the attack happened, residents using Walmart carts and leaving them in various locations of the property, residents not picking up after their dogs, residents smoking marijuana and cigars in the breezeway, pool, and patios when we all have signed a smoking addendum that says smoking is prohibited, receiving a in person visit from the current property manager and during conversation she stated that marijuana is almost legal and there is not much they or law enforcement will do, finding out there was a German cockroach infestation in my particular building that has been affecting my unit and others without notice, feeling uncomfortable due to a neighbor coming to my home several times a day clothed and unclothed just for staff to tell me he wanted to make a complaint regarding my television, and etc. This property may look nice on the outside but as others reviewed before, they tend to enforce certain rules for certain people. I am not sure if I will be renewing my lease another year as Im sure the rules will change again as staff rotate. I do not plan to have any further discussions with staff as they do not care about the residents who care about the property. Tour/ live here at your own discretion. ***Side note: maintenance has been amazing with responding to problems***

I like it its very quiet only problem is the parking but other then that no problems

Pavilion Village is a wonderful place to call home! The manager, Ashley, is so considerate and caring! Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly!

Pavilion is a Gorgeous property I got the chance to work with Kaitlyn the new assistant property, she was great with helping even though she has just started. She made me feel comfortable and cause we to wanna apply

I have had a wonderful experience with my move in process. Ms.Lauren has been the best with my transition. The complex is well kept. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Walmart, which is a plus for me.

Nice office staff. Great community. Lots of places close by. Great amenities for residents and their pets. During concert season residents can get a free concert since the PNC Pavilion is so close by.

Went for a tour and the Ladies were so pleasant and professional. Although it was busy they were attentive to my family and I.

Community is very clean..Everyone, especially Sarah Grace in the leasing office was so sweet and helpful throughout my application and move in process. I am in love with my apartment.

Great place to live... I love the new property manager Noel... She’s ethical and does her best to do what’s right for every customer... Charlotte is glad to have you... i would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking... Noel and her new staff will take great care of you...

As a result of complaints I made to management about trash being left outside of apartments and on patios the management team has done a great job following up and making sure tenants are held responsible when they leave their trash out! This has helped tremendously and I no longer have to smell trash when I go on the patio. I am thankful to the management team for taking immediate action!!

We have lived here for almost a year and love it. Great staff, beautiful landscap, updated gym, and salt water pool. This place truly feels like home to my husband and me. I'd say the only thing that is a little disappointing is there's not much insulation in the ceiling so you can hear your neighbors. Overall we love to call this place home :)
