When I first moved here in June 2016 the apartments were great (simply because they were brand new and I was the first in my apartment). The first week I moved in I had to do a maintenance request because the handle to my front door fell off due to its cheap quality. I didnt complain because again, I was happy to be in a brand new apartment. The doors slam really hard so you hear that all throughout the day and night. (Let me fast forward because the first year wasnt bad).. okay, management switched (to Leslie) and things slowly began to change. Residents cars and guest cars were getting towed without warning, notes pertaining personal information were being left on door etc. Online payment werent being accepted so you had to get a money order or your rent was considered late.. okay... (fast forward some more because that property manager is gone now so now were are on to property manager #3..dont panic, I heard this one is good) Sooo.. they have lowered the rent tremendously as I am currently paying nearly $1,000 for my 1 bedroom and it has dropped to $750-800 allowing just about anyone to move in now. Im not sure if its because there are brand new apartments being built right across the street that are great and are getting a large crowd or if its because the quality of these apartments are just really bad but whatever.. okay sooo now its June, the sun is out and the pool is open! Its extremely loud at night! People have parties all throughout the night with loud music, alcohol, and babies crying! (Yeah babies) Now Im all for having a good time but its until 3-4 in the morning and I HAVE A JOB!! But wait, let me put the icing on the cake. This morning I was in the shower, I look up and a cockroach was trying to come out of the vent.. DID IT FOR ME!! I gots to go!! Im extremely happy my lease is ending!! Oh.. Patricia in the office is really nice and she helps whenever I call.. literally the only person I communicate with in there!

Beautiful community. Functional floor plans. Love the fact that i have linen closets in both bathrooms. Great dog park and beautiful landscape. Yes, I can hear people walking- but its no different than any other apartment or house for that matter. Maintenance is great and respond fast. Office is nice and helpful. Gates work all the time- only open during the day. Neighbors are nice. Overall thumbs up. Love my place and the view from my patio.

The apartment complex laundry area has not been in proper working condition from April of 2016 and now. The washers leak onto the floors and all 5 washers have never been working at the same time. Also the parking lot lighting has been broken ,so early in the morning and late at night it is very dark. It is to the point that I have to park by the front office for safety. The up keep of the dog park terrible there is dog waste everywhere. Also the front gate is always broken and not secure.

I gave this rating because I feel as if I have to constantly reach out to the office to get any thing accomplished. We had a snake problem in the complex and each time we had to call the office to ask for them to put something down they should have did that without us as residents keep asking. Also it took about 2-3 weeks for them to fix my ceiling. Now I need my filter changed I have already called three times. My filter is still not changed.
