I applied and was approved, after that it was like i was non existent. when you call they don't answer and if they do answer the staff is so new they don't know the answer (nothing against them) . the property manager refuses to return calls or emails. i had to literally drive up there to find out how to turn in my deposit, get the address for the renters insurance and still haven't gotten an answer about the measurements for a window. if this is how you act before I signed or paid there is no telling how they would act if i already paid them.

I've been here for over a year now, and I can see the changes happening. My apartment was finally renovated,and my work orders are getting done quicker. I have no problem with the girls in the front office.

Extremely slow staff and maintenance. Rats, roaches etc it was a horrible year so glad our lease will be up this month

This apartment complex is thee worst !!!!! They have the slowest repairs ever , have a rat infestation AND charge random security deposits even after you paid your security deposit to move in !

The maintenance staff here is the slowest Ive ever seen, and Im not sure if its due to their own laziness or incompetence, or if the main office is horribly unorganized. My brother lives at these apartments and put on a request two weeks ago to fix some floorboards that are popping up (because the apartment is horribly made,) that are literally causing people to trip. No word from them. Then, he files a request to get his garbage disposal fixed because its SMOKING when you go to use it and now smells foul. Still no appearance from maintenance. The pool is not open, its the middle of July and the office wont reimburse residents for paying for an amenity that right now doesnt exist. Theyve told my brother multiple times that the pool would be ready in a week or so; it doesnt even have a liner! This place is a scummy property, an absolute joke, and has the worst staff Ive ever seen of any complex. If youre looking for affordable rent, look elsewhere you will find it!!!!
