Love this place. By far the best apartment my roommate and I have lived in. The look of the apartments is really clean and modern, everything brand new. Courtyard looks gorgeous - we have a view from our balcony! Love the staff and amenities, but my favorite would be the location, because I like that literally everything I need is in a 3-block walk (even in painful heels, 5-7 min walk to everything, including all my favorite bars and restaurants). SO GREAT!! My roommate likes it so much she's had her boyfriend apply, and he's coming here too.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I was greeted by the staff! They are extremely friendly and gracious hosts! I moved in about 3 months ago and enjoy all the area has to offer, 2 grocery stores, over 25 retailers, and several bars and restaurants! You will not be disappointed in this complex!! love it!

I'm a potential resident looking to move in here. My roommate and I chose here because it was a new complex, clean, and a really great location. We were stoked to be applying and getting the chance to live here. However, during the application process the leasing office staff have been uncooperative and uncommunicative. We were just shy of meeting the financial requirements to lease on our own, so we attempted the guarantor route. However, we were denied. They didn't give us a call to try and talk to us about other options (I know from experience in my previous years of renting A LOT of complexes will really work with you and get things to work out to be able to move forward). The leasing staff is disorganized and unprofessional. It's left a really bad impression on me and my roommate. I wouldn't recommend this complex to any of my friends or future potential residents.
