Hi would like to say maintenance that work at this property is very nice but I like to say the maintenance man Mr Tim is very professional and know how to diagnose the apartment problems I will recommend him to all my. colleagues thanks Tim for helping my family have a pleasant stay

We worked here and it looked like it was very well maintained throughout the whole property we got the chance to meet with a few of the employees also while there management was very kind and was there anytime they were needed the maintenance guys out there were awesome we had the chance to work with Timmy one of the best maintenance guys at an apartment complex that I had the pleasure of working with he made me take his number and told me not to hesitate if I needed him just give him a shout we ended up needing him a few times I would call and he would be to us in minutes with what we needed and more just incase what we said wasn’t enough I see him going in a regional position one day just because his attitude towards people and his career

This is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly. Tim the maintenance guy is always on time and handles any issue promptly and I have never had an issue that he couldn't handle. The ladies in the office are always there for any questions and are super helpful.

It has been great living here everyone ive met is friendly and great ive met tim from maintenance a few times out and about and he has been great from helping me with the simplest thing to minor issues he always handles any issues quick and courteous he has made living here that much easier and nicer the whole staff is just fantastic.

Do NOT LEASE HERE. Overly priced apartments with RUDE leasing agents. Paula Ramos is by far THE RUDEST leasing agent I've ever experienced. On top of all of this you pay to live in a gated community where the gate stays open long enough to let in a caravan of cars and a back gate that will now only be used for emergency purposes on top of being forced to be charged for a weak valet trash service if and when you renew your lease. Take that money and fix the gates and send your staff to customer service training. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here. Oh and did I mention they have YET to communicate to the residents regarding the update on the back gate. Beyond unacceptable.
