Since the apartments were new at the time there were neighbors that were a bit unruly. However, in all fairness, the property manager did her best in her capacity to take care of the unruliness and any other issues we encountered. Otherwise my time there was excellent.

Great staff, good location but poor building construction. You can hear people moving around above you and outside. Also, parking has become a headache even though this neighborhood isn't too heavily congested.

Elevators are usually nasty.. Towing policy is unfair to those who actually own more than one vehicle.

I love my actual apartment. I just do not like our parking setup and most of the time the visitor spots are filled always with the same cars. I was assured when I moved in the parking for me and my visitors would not be an issue but it has become one and I cannot have people over without warning them that they may have to walk far to visit me. It's a inconvenience that I feel that someone paying the price I pay to live here should have to go through. However, I love the amenities!
