Great location. Very dog friendly, the residents are friendly. I haven't experienced the pool yet but it looks nice and the outdoor BBQ area is a great time when you have friends over. I live in a studio and it's very spacious for what it is. Perfect for living alone or with a pet. Overall I like it, I've been here less than a month so I'm sure I'll find something that bothers me but so far nothing, and I tend to be picky.
I love Metro 808! The complex is beautiful inside and out, and the staff makes the moving process so easy!
I just signed on for a second year because the Metro 808 is a great place to live and so close to work!
While the apartment itself is beautiful, the new staff was troubling to work with. Several calls on my part were made to find out what my security deposit would be. For two whole weeks. Once the more experienced staff talked to me it was handled. I was never walked around the property amenities, I was never shown exits, and I was never granted a gate code only giving a fob. While I know the area I have an advantage but I would hate for someone from out of town to have this experience. Especially for the high costs of rent, something like this to happen should be unacceptable.
Love the proximity to the city of Charlotte, while still feeling part of a unique, historic, diverse community.
