Ive been in for a few months. The complex is so poorly made. Construction has gone back to rework balconies and inside units. Walls are super thin!! I can hear conversations next door. Upstairs is even worse. Constant stomping, loud music. I can even hear them using the bathroom! Theres a dog thats upstairs, I can literally hear it dragging a bone/toy and running back and forth. For a $1300 one bedroom I could have moved somewhere else! I will more than likely be buying out my lease.

Wasted a lot of my time trying to work with management and all their actions have been in favor of themselves and not residents. Its a new construction so yes we took a risk moving in during this time period but we were anticipating clear, professional communication at least. The miscommunication between management and contractors is very obvious and with the addition of the construction commotion throughout the day.its nowhere near luxury living. Save your money.

I am very happy with my decision to move here. True, there is still construction going on and not all amenities are avalable yet. But the staff have always been very friendly and pleasant to work with. And it's close to several shopping centers, some within walking distance. Very spacious rooms with plenty of closet and storage space.

Honestly this community has a lot of potential but at the moment its a nightmare. Construction is still active and if you're anywhere besides the fourth floor you will hear your neighbors and construction workers. I would recommend waiting until this property is complete before even thinking about signing a lease.
