I absolutely LOVE living here at Highland Ridge! My townhouse is EVRYTHING! The staff and maintenance crew are professional, friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. I have lived in many luxury apartments in Charlotte over the last 25 years, but Highland Ridge is the absolute BEST EVER! If you need a nice community that's smoke-free and drama-free, then this is your place. Come in and check out the apartments! I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

My apartment is so nice & spacious. The area is also very nice and close to dining and shopping areas. The neighborhood is quiet. So glad I decided to make the move here.

Been here for a month. My wife and I moved in from another state and we didnt bother looking anywhere else. This was our first and only.All the staff are super friendly. The complex and all the appliances are brand new. All the amenities are superb. Dont think twice.
