This place was much better before it was purchased by the Connor group. The staff isnt very helpful. They came to do a customer service survey which was really just a tactic to try to get us to sign a lease that was $300 a month more than our current price. We told them no thanks and listed a number of reasons we wouldnt stay including a few maintenance issues we needed help with, they said theyd get maintenance out but maintenance never came. I submitted a ticket digitally and when maintenance got here he said he had no clue about all the other issues we told the lady from the front office about. The pool is also out of control. There are constantly people blasting music and there are children screaming all day long. There is also frequently people there blasting music past closing time as well, there was even an instance of someone hiring a DJ to play from the pool. If you want a quiet community I would definitely recommend not living here

Since the new management team took over in September, 2020, this apartment complex has gone downhill and I cannot wait to move out in a few weeks. The management team is only concerned about the outside appearance of the community. They have made "upgrades" to the apartment buildings and landscaping, but that comes with a cost. They have the maintenance team doing most of these updates which means they do not have time to fix the needs of individual residents. When making these updates to the property, trash is left everywhere throughout the community. I have seen large trash bags stuffed in trees, boxes left in bushes and last week a refrigerator was thrown from a 2nd floor apartment and the leftover food was left to rot for days. Plus the broken pieces from the fridge crashing were left all over the grass. I have put in multiple maintenance requests for an ongoing bug issue and it took them over 2 months to finally complete my request. When they did finally complete it, they did not get my permission before entering my home, which I had requested since I have a dog and wanted to make sure she would be out of harms way. I was very upset when I found out that they had gone in my home to spray chemicals without my permission and nobody seemed to care. I have also put in many complaints about my neighbors having get togethers of over 25 people (all of which take place outside my front door so I can't even get in or out of my door) and management has never once gotten back to me about these complaints. They have not returned any of my calls or emails and when I went to the leasing office to speak with them directly, they assured me that they would "give them a call" but those gatherings ended up lasting all throughout the night. Overall, I feel that the property manager does not care about the residents and it has honestly been a terrible experience. I would not recommend living here.

Do yourself a favor and do not move here. Ever since the management changed and it is now Greenway at Mallard Creek it has really went down. Theyre trying to make improvements by updating and it has been a nightmare. If you have a maintenance issue it takes forever and my apartment got flooded from the rain by the time they finally got out to me. It is overpriced for what you get an overall it is very noisy here.

Amazing staff and very well kept apartments. Honestly I saw 15 apartments last week and the only one to have gorgeous open windows, private views off the balcony, and overall just really well-built and beautiful floor plans was Bexley. I am so sad I wasn't able to apply because the commute is just too far from work (I relocated and didn't know how bad the traffic is here!). But if it's in your area, I highly recommend going here. The tenants seem very happy and the floor plans are very affordable and competitive.
