It's trashy! Especially in a certain area. They have security who don't seem to do anything as there is a certain set of guys who sit outside and play loud music, conjugate in one area, throw trash out of their cars and leave it in paking lot and stairwells, people sleeping in cars. Security just walk in by. The ln the maintenance guy will lie and say nothing is wrong in your home so he don't have to do no work. Best to just let the apartment mess up then call him because he will say nothing is wrong. Then it hard to reach the rent office staff better pull your teeth if you need to contact them or wait on a call back. Then when you finally reach them they act like you're a problem. BIGGEST issue is the slum tow guy he boot and tow cars just cause and charge you what he want to release your car. The lack of visitors slots is horrible and he prey on that so beware. He also isn't fair he targets cars he want to target. Oh and the trash can is yuck residents are so nasty they fail to walk 10 steps to put trash in dumpster. Overall the apartment is nice but the outside issues can use some HEAVY working on..

You dont want to move here. All they want to do is take your money. Nothing is being done here when you complain about things to the rent office. The community is always trashy looking. They say they are going to fine people but they dont. No Good Customer service at all. They have had many people quit in the office. The area manger blames a lot of things thats going on in the community on the manger after she left. No one wants to be held accountable.

Alexia helped me to get into these apartments this is my first apartment .I got a one bedroom for 870 with water included and I absolutely love having two balconys and a built in walk in closet. I searched all over Charlotte for something affordable that was clean and in my price range these are brand new apartments I didnt see the apartment until I signed the lease but at that point I didnt care because I knew they were newly built and was running behind which was my fault. However I looked at pictures online and was satisfied with what I saw.Thank you Alexia for your hard work and patience with me. She helped me alot at the time I was living in extended stays waiting for my name to come up on the waiting list.I have no complaints so far and no problems with noise everyone in my building stays to themselves and minds there business. I hope this review helps someone who is looking here!!
