Freedom Flats

My car got broken into as well as multiple cars in the area. Very frustrating. I wish they had more lighting outside and community policing at night.

First off reading reviews of people who filled out applications a couple months ago- to recent weeks being moved in before people who filled out application online since January or the first half of the year is crazy. Whoever owns these Flats property over Charlotte is a scam!! Theyre racking up on all these people applications fee just to not answer or you being denied because theyre going off of strict guidelines to be income based housing. Staffing gives run around once youre finally able to get in contact with them. Nobodys being straight up with giving as much information as possible so that youre not wasting your time. Just taking people application money and information for no reason. Whoever manage these complex definitely needs to be looked into with how they are running and advertising these apartments.

Applied weeks ago called just for them to say there's a pile of applications they have to go through. Went up there just for them to say they don't let anyone tour the apartments. Oh yeah you have to be on section 8 just to be approved.

Looking for a one bedroom ASAP

So I moved in yesterday on 9/18/23. I'm going to be completely honest the apartments are beautiful. I love the fact that I am the FIRST one ever in my place. My experience with the application process was easy. I filled my application out in June, moved in 3 months later. (which I wasn't in a rush because I was trying to stack up as much money as I could) So when they called I was shocked because I thought it would be longer. It's only 6 buildings total so the community is small. I absolutely love the property manager Ms. B, She made the move in process for me very easy!!

They never pick up phone calls nor do they reply back to emails. I guess theyre really picky about the people. Really sucks.
