Elizabeth Square is a great apartment complex, the new management really knows their stuff and has transformed my look at the complex. I lived here in 2014 and living here again, this experience has been 100x better!
Elizabeth Square has been a great starting apartment for my fianc' and I moving from Tennessee. Management has been extremely helpful with anything needed. I would recommend for anyone looking to get started in Charlotte, or surrounding areas.
Location is the best- can't go wrong living in such a beautiful community close to everything. Amenities are A Plus!
So far my experience has been pleasant. Expensive rent, but very clean, safe, and a fairly decent gym. I do hear a train go past my house at least once a day and it is very loud. Parking (especially for guests) is ok. It could be better but it is not terrible. You aren't guaranteed a spot on your floor but at least its enclosed to keep the crazies out. I love my commute to work (5 minutes from uptown Charlotte). Neighbors are not too friendly, but they keep to themselves (which I like). On the weekends it may get loud at times, but not college dorm room loud . Overall, a fairly decent place to live. It could be worse.
Awesome apartment and location
