Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere.

I like location and rustic feel. It is quiet and you can heard nature sounds. Friendly place. Parking is good. Management generally responds quickly and general service requests handled quickly as well. It is an older apartment and several things need to be replaced or refurnished in kitchen and bathroom. Had three emergency requests two that were not handled quickly. (Rekeying and smoke detector). The most recent was handled promptly.

I would absolutely not tell anyone to move into delta it is not worth the money by any standards

Although there is still plenty of work to be done with the renovations, the community as a whole is a generally safe environment. At $0.85 per square foot, the quality is on par or better than some of the other apartments in the immediate area.
