Do not waste your time. Yes, this place is affordable, but you won't say "home sweet home". Roaches come with the place. Parking is terrible. Dumpsters are over-flowing all the time. People hang clothes on the patio rail. No dogs have leashes. You're guaranteed to find broken glass from a Modelo or Corona bottle somewhere. (The pool was even closed for broken glass) Men drink shirtless outside. They pee outside. (My young daughter sees this also) I've witnessed drunk people fighting outside. I asked 2 people to NOT sit on my car. People speed thru the parking lot. People sit in their cars with their music blasting-directly under my window. Your sleep WILL be interrupted and there's no such thing as a nap! Your fellow neighbors play their music at random times of the early morning and late night and serenade you. I experienced all of that within the 1st few months of my lease. It's amazing that their rent is so high. Rent should be no more than $700-$800 with all of those shenanigans. The office only cares that you pay the rent on time. When I brought it to their attention, they tell me to call 911. It's definitely not worth your hard earned money. It's a disgusting place to stay.
