I have had it with this place, they screw my bill up about 5 times a year, they come up with phantom charges from 2 years before and argue with me about fees that they say I didn't pay from other management that was here before that was incompetent. They charged me for 3 or 4 months for "no insurance fee" ($35) when I have had insurance the entire time I have lived here. Never losing it or letting it lapse. I already pay over $900 for a 1BR and they come up with these $20-$30 phantom charges every few months that I just don't get. I will not recommend this place to my worst of enemies much less someone I consider a friend. They begged people to give them good google reviews by offering us bribes to say we liked it here because of all their bad reviews instead of dealing with tenants gripes about the way they manage the place. I have lived here for since 2013 and I have never been treated like I was today. Pretty much called me a liar when I questioned about how I would pay my rent without the late fee when I had to get the total I owed from them in the 1st place.

My name is Daniel L. and I'm a Happy Resident at Copper Creek for over a year now. I can say that Management is on top for making the resident comfortable. My 1st experience; my A/C had a miner problem I call the office to report and couple hours later Maintenance Supervisor Joel was at my door to assess the situation. Hours later my A/C was fixed. Now 2nd, my washer/dryer wasn't working called Management talk to Asst. Property manager Gustavo to report about the dryer, an hour later M. Sup. Joel came in try to fix it and realize the machine was damaged and needed to be replace. Got a call from the Property Manager who apologize for the inconvenience and assure me that the matter will be taking care asap. She gave me a key for the Laundry Room until the replacement. Laundry Room is very equipped and clean. Couple weeks later early morning knock on my door it's M.Sup. Joel with a very New Washer/Dryer. I'm very very Happy and I'm sure I'm not the only Happy Tenant at Copper Creek.
