I have lived here for almost 4 years with no problems until the last few months. The few times I needed to call the office with quick questions, no one would answer. You are required to get a cable/Internet bundle for $100 a month. I have gone to pick up a package on more than one occasion and they couldn't find it, sent me home to check the tracking, tracking said it was dropped at the office and signed off on, and I have to go back in and insist it's there somewhere. It seems like someone is always cutting the grass, but the bushes in front of our door haven't been trimmed in over a month, blocking the walkway to our door. And the most frustrating thing of all: the pools were supposed open Memorial Day weekend and 1 opened at the end of summer break and the other never got fixed! I understand there were unexpected repairs and things that needed to get done, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been this disappointed with an apartment complex and how they run things. I look forward to moving out when my lease is up.
It is a lovely setting and great neighborhood. Bell continues to make improvements and hope it continues.
Cameron Southpark is decent enough for the money but definitely has room for improvements.

In my third year living here, I have never been more ready and eager to move. I'm not sure if it's the high turnover in the rental office along with them having to deal with issues and stigmas from the previous management company, but the overall lack of responsiveness from the management team is extremely frustrating. Luckily, I am within walking distance from the office so it makes it easy to continuesly follow up with management as they are generally reluctant to answer the phone. When I do come in contact with the management team they are friendly, but again, I should not have to follow up with "pop ups" and emails to get a response. The best thing about this place is that when the online maintenance orders are finally printed and given to the maintence team, they are done swiftly and professionally, especially, any order Jimmy works on. Jimmy's follow up to make sure things are done correctly is extraordinary and at this point, the only thing that I will miss about this property. For all other property features, if you are looking for cheap rent, be ready to leverage it with lack of available/open amenities, cheap fixtures, and alot of other headaches.
