Horribly incompetent staff, outdated buildings and amenities. AVOID.

I highly recommend this community for several reasons. I lived here last year and then moved out to travel for a bit and ended up coming right back this year. The apartments are comfortable, with decent sound-proofing, and maintenance and the rest of the staff are absolutely top-notch. I have never worked with a friendlier or more professional staff. I cannot say enough great things about Ruth and the other office staff members. The grounds are always well-maintained, the location is very convenient, and the neighborhood is safe. My favorite thing that has changed over the last year is that, as of June 1 this year, the entire property is going smoke-free! I am so excited about this and it's great to see another place moving with the times and taking their residents' health seriously. It will be a while before it completely takes effect as older leases expire, but it is such a huge, positive step that so many people are excited about.
