The location is great; however, there are some drawbacks living here. If you want a city view, or hangout at the pool be aware that you will hear a loud noise from the driveway grate below. When a car drives over it, and they often do, it makes a very loud noise. The first day that I moved in I asked a Camden agent if that was going to be fixed and was told yes on numerous occasions and it still not fixed (I have the emails). If you own a car be ready to pay for parking although they do not monitor the parking deck. There are cars that have expired tags, flat tires and are so dirty that tenants are drawing on them. I sent an email stating there were numerous cars without the proper sticker to park here. I was asked by a staff member to take pictures of the cars that do not have the sticker and email it to them. They never tow either so you can have your friends, coworkers, family park here for free. This is a smoke free building and I complained that someone on our floor is smoking and I was asked by a staff member to go to each door on my floor and see if I can smell the smoke and figure out what apartment it was. I DO NOT WORK FOR CAMDEN. My washer leaked twice and while I was on the phone with a staff member I was told there was nothing that they could do and asked if I had more towels to soak up the water. They finally put in a new washer. Oh and they charged my account over $7,000.00 after I moved out and they were like oops, sorry we will refund your money in about 6-10 business days. My opinion they don't care about the tenants and only want your money.

There was a time I loved this place -- that lasted about 60 days after I moved in. 1. Non-smoking building, its not. Several tenants complained about neighbors smoking marijuana in the building. I complained about the smothering smell of cigarettes nothing has changed. 2. Uniform and neat hallways - yet the mail area is always trashed -- DAILY! Always. Trashed. Packages sit unattended and unsecure for days.
