I HAVE GIVEN THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY A FIVE STAR RATING BECAUSE THE STAFF THERE IS VERY HELPFUL AND LOOKING AHEAD TO BECOMING A NEW RESIDENT SOON

Amazing place to live! I loved our 3 bedroom apartment. It was high ceilings and big and spacious throughout the entire apartment. Excellent place to live for electric car people with charging stations. Gorgeous pool and club house with a cabana. The staff excellent and accommodating to all of our requests. Very professional and had nothing but great experiences with them.

Love my apartment and my neighborhood. Been living here going on three years and I really don't have any complaints. No one is 100% safe but I haven't experienced or seen anything that made me feel unsafe or uneasy. The amenities are nice as well, including the yoga, dog grooming and the cabana.

A realistic review as a resident who is on their second lease and second year with Berewick. First, Shannon is amazing! She is extremely helpful and patient. I often see Shannon working alone so when things are not handled straight away, grace is always given as it does not take long for her to get back to me. Second, I appreciate the staff for handling the things in their control. We do pay a valet service, however they do not always do right… but I have seen our mtc guys out there early mornings and late nights doing their best to keep our trash area tidy. I always see someone driving around picking up trash and assisting. Be aware of the complainers, seems as if the complaints shouldn’t be projected toward staff themselves. Keep in mind we are in a busy area and have direct walking paths that I understand Berewick is not responsible for. Third, I’ve gone from a 1 bedroom in building 1 to a 2 bedroom in another building. Neighbors are friendly and noise is minimal. My job has random super early morning shifts and super late nights, either way I always feel safe. Everything is in walking distance, amenities are nice and outside of your super common apartment living inconveniences.. I would recommend Berewick Pointe! I suggest to tour the property yourself to gain your own POV. Apartment living is exactly that, you can’t expect what you would at a house/home, but I am happy my partner and I have made this our home for now :)

We just moved in 3 days ago and so far my husband and I are loving the apartment and community as well. I appreciate the mail package system, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. I also love the extra measures that the community offers- walking path, playground, bike storage, shopping carts, pet salon, and many more.
