Looking to relocate from Virginia to Charlotte in July

BED BUGS everywhere! DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will get a bed bug infestation. We got bed bug bites all over our body and it was so bad that my boyfriend had a severe reaction and had to go to urgent care; we didn't have this problem in our old apartment so we know it wasn't from us (they even told us that they just "missed them" when they inspected it before we moved in but the infestation is so bad that it's obvious they're lying.) We vacuumed as soon as we moved in and and it was FILLED with dust, so they clearly didn't clean the carpets. When we called the leasing office for the exterminator they had to put us on a list and it took 3 days days for them to come out to inspect it which shows how bad the infestation is (they also said they were also inspecting 15 other units that day); its taking an additional 4 days for them to come out and exteriminate, we're still waiting. Do you have any idea how stressful it is to know you have to continue sleeping in a house infested with bed bugs, and they want to say that living here would be a "stress-free lifestyle"? We PAY for pest control every month as part our rent, but they don't even do pest control. It's clear they don't care about the residents. They did not make sure this apartment was habitable for us to move in and they just brush it off like it's not a big deal. They just want money. I don't know why they wouldn't exterminate before they have people move in or at least inspect it. You've been warned. Do NOT move here!
