Do not move here!!!! Especially in the roundabout on the first floor. The cockroaches have infested this neighborhood. Cockroaches come out of the vents and cracks of your home there is no avoiding them. Trash is all over the community because they dont have anyone to pick up litter. Ive made 10 noise complaints about the large dog that runs around upstairs nothing has been done about it. Also maintenance entered my place with zero notification.

Dont live here on the first floor they have cockroaches and Maintenance never come out you can never get a hold of anyone at the front desk will see the schedule for maintenance to come out and you never have anyone come out please save your money

I really like the area that Atkins Circle is located but, I do believe they need to step up the amenities for the amount they are trying to charge for rent. You cannot increase the price of rent without increasing the value of the place. Treating your residents like they are respected is another thing.
