The three bedroom apartment is spacious, love that the bedrooms are down the hall from the livingroom, kitchen and diningroom. Also love that the master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. I will get use to not having a balcony.
The community is great. It's quiet more of the time. This community is quite large and the neighborhood is well maintained. The apartments are large especially for our two bedroom. Everything the in apartments is well maintained, although some things need improvements. This only issues of the community is manager; Tasha and her staff are very unprofessional, they treat their tenants with little or no respect. Tasha is the asst mgr. therefore she is suppose to be more professional and set an example for her staff. She is dismissal of tenant situations, and they laugh at tenant hardships. This is not something that tenants current or new should endure. Property management unprofessional and bias behavior is what lowered my rating for this community.
It's enjoyable, quiet, and spacious.
It is difficult to get a parking spot in front of your building after 7pm. Some of the residents that have moved into the property don't have a respect for the property or their neighbors. You can see a lot of the dog owners that live on Ashley Lake Court do not clean up after their dogs and many don't even use leashes. You can see trash cans out in front of apartments all day and sometimes multiple days. I am going into my third year living here and have not seen the buildings power washed thus far. The maintenance team is AWESOME Anytime that I have put in a request, they have been quick to respond, complete the request, and tell me what the problem was and how they fixed it. The office staff has always been professional whenever I went into the office.
Great place to live.
