I moved into this complex when it was still Camden property. I loved the welcome I received as well as the maintenance this place offered. It may have started off on the wrong foot with Arium change but I see every employee is trying to make the changes to ensure this is all maintained as ideal as expected, after all, this is what we call home.
Staff are very friendly. My UPS packages are always handy to get picked. Pool & Grill are great
Management is very willing to work with you on everything from rent prices to fixing things before you move in. The office staff is very friendly amd willing to help. Maintenance is also very friendly and courteous.
Very dirty they do not pick up trash on the weekends that's why I moved out.
Employee customer service is weak because they do not return phone calls, do not notify residents of all work being done to building, and have an attitude when speaking to residents.
