Every 2-3 months keep changing manager and property management staff. They are not showing interest to maintain property in good shape. Very poor maintenance you can see every where dog poof on lawns and walkways very bad smell and difficult to walk outside of the building without closing the nose. I gave complaints many times to property management about this issue but they are not serious on this issue at all.
It is very difficult to find the parking spot for cars after 6:00 PM due to new management allowing visitors can park any where now.
I've lived in this community for several years, I would never recommend this complex to anyone. During that time we have gone through multiple property management changes as well as an owner change that tried to make the apartments "luxury style" . This place is anything but luxury. The trash in the front is often overflowing and it is about to be July in 2 days and they STILL have not opened our pool, something they should have dealt with long before the summer started. When they forced the "luxury" renovations upon the apartment community, they did so while we were still living in the apartment, with no option of doing it after you moved out. That meant we had to remove all of our stuff from the kitchen and bathroom for a week, which meant you could not cook or really use the kitchen space at all. When we asked about compensation for not being able to use the space we pay for, they said that the new kitchen was our compensation, which is ridiculous since I did not ask for this or want them doing it while still lived in the apartment. The staff does not answer the phone, return voicemails, or read the messages on the resident's online portal. The only way to get anything done is by going in the office and complaining in person. You have to make multiple complaints before they deal with work orders, including letting AC repairs be ignored for days or denying that there is an issue. They will force you into paying for a cable package, even if you do not want it. Our car has been broken into more than once and the hallways keep getting trashed by kids running around the apartment. Managements solution is to send out notices telling people to stop, but of course that does not deter people. I could go on and on about the issues. We stayed because it was nicely priced for the location but that has since changed and I cannot wait to get out of this apartment community.
I just moved because I bought a home but I really enjoyed my stay in this community. The new management staff is amazing and fixes issues right away.
I would tell you all the reasons you should not move here but there is not enough time in a day. But for starters the staff is rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. They will be nice to you to get you in and afterwards they don't care. I went to the office to get a package. The ONE lady that was sitting in the office went to give a tour AFTER me mentioning that I came to give a pacakage(takes 60 secs) and told me that I have to wait. This is only one of NUMEROUS issues that I have had with this complex. Maintenance is the #1 issue and they are rude as well. What's listed as emergency issues are not treated as emergencies. I asked for the regional office number, I was told to "google it" just like they would do. They never answer the phone so anything you need you have to go to the rent office for it so I hope you're at home when you have a question. I can't wait to move. View Less
