Please think about moving in this place!! It looks nice on the outside with many nice amenities and the viewing of the model's apartment they show you is very nice. But when you move in your apartment it would be NIGHTMARE!!! You will have roaches in your apartment and seeing them in your Refrigerator, washer and dryer is so FLITY and NASTY to where you cannot wash your clothes! The office staff would seem nice and pleasant because they would like to make their commission. The manager on hand, my advice is to tape your conversation because she will lie right straight in your face! I was told everyone in the office are new and started in April along with the manager. Please beware of this Place and look at the reviews! I'm so MAD at myself because I didn't. They're a lot of complaints before me and after me but tenants haven't put their comments in. LOOK OUT FOR THIS PLACE and LOOK A THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS THEY DO NOT LIE BECAUSE I'M A WITTNESS TO THIS HORRIABLE PLACE!!!! I wish I can rate this place a -ZERO!!

Ive waited a long time to write a review because I wanted to give this property grace and time to right their wrongs but they have done everything but. Come move in day, my floors werent finished. I drove from California and could not move in the day I was supposed to, couldnt move in that weekend. Come Monday, when I got to my unit it was completely filled with dust and dirt from them putting in the floors. I had a 1 year old at the time. They came and cleaned and painted which mean I had to wait even longer because of the fumes its been terrible time turn around for maintenance request since Ive been here. Both of the managers that have been here have been rude, dismissive, and nonchalant with all of the things that has been going on. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Especially single moms and families. It has been a nightmare. The leasing agents and the new maintenance staff are amazing and I hope things get better at this property sooner than later. Thank you Taki, Kay and Josh for all they do to try to make this property better.

The customer service is horrendous to say the least. The office staff makes the stay at this property not worth the effort. The office staff Samantha is not a friendly person in the least however the office manager has done very little to nothing in regards to the poor quality of customer service.

This apartment complex is 100% awful. Its disgusting any grass area theres dog poop. No enforcement to clean up after pets. The dog park is extremely unkept and the hallways smell like trash and pee because people leave trash bags in the halls even though theres no valet trash. Management is horrible and extremely unreliable and unresponsive. We moved out in September and have yet to receive our refund check in the mail first no one put our forwarding address in the system and second we just still havent received anything and any time we call to talk to someone they say they will call back and never do and the manager is NEVER EVER in the office. Ive called. Sent emails. Nothing. We are planning to take legal action because they owe us over $1000. DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A HUGE MISTAKE DOING SO. Management has been horrible since the beginning and we started off with bad experiences from move in day and on.

We applied for the apartments here they were nice when we looked inside. We put down two 75-dollar application fees. We were told if we get approved they will take $300 to hold the apartment. The lady looked at our income and said everything looked good. We applied and $300 was taken out of our account plus the two $75 application fees. And only told that we didn't get approved for the apartment. Our money has not been returned to us. At the time we applied me and our family were homeless. They knew the situation before we applied and yet we were still taken advantage of. We would like for our two application fees to be returned to us and we would like our $300 back. This is not fair to anyone that's why I wanted to post this.
