The management team is rude and Discriminative! I applied and had some issue with my application and Carol and Laura were of zero help to fix the issue. Note this is the management team and I was brushed off as a reject. The second part to this service issues is my app was rejected and no one told me. I filled the application out on May 27 and I had to call them a week later only to be informed the app was rejected. I am sure the service would have been better if I was approved so since I was not I got no help and was treated as an outcast and that is not right. I was told by Carol how she had answers and nothing could be done, to add she advised how she had other people in front of her. Laura told me how she could not help was now hanging up on me. I dont even live here and already having a bad experience. Shame on you for bad service at the get. Zero Empathy zero efforts zero concerns.
I currently live in Ardmore Kings Grant. I really do enjoy the way may apartment looks inside and I can appreciate the way they pickup the trash outside my door. But other than that, The staff is helpful sometimes but really do not share in empathy at all. They are not consistent and they seem to make you jump through hoops for any request you have or they may have of you. I was hassled for my ID to pick up a package addressed to me. WHAT? I moved in, I am on the lease, instead of having me walk back home she could have pulled that up in my file. But if that is the policy cool, I went back home and got it. The next week, I had a package and had my ID another member of the staff didn't even look at it. So, Now I feel like the first lady was just being MEAN, That is not the word I wanted to use but I chose that one. Anyway, My building is the LOUDEST FREAKING AREA I have ever heard of in my life. I am not even an older person but ugh, it annoys me. My friends car was broken into and nobody did anything about it. They don't find information for you in the office regarding questions about their complex or property they just say " I am not sure" .. Well FIND OUT, Is what I want to say but.. Ya know anyway. I am going to be breaking my lease so it doesn't matter. Just wanted to let you know, its the most aggravating place to live. I can't!
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. I was getting ready to move into an apartment here even after seeing some of the mixed reviews online, thought Id still give it a chance due to price and location. Wow what a disaster. My insurance company emailed them the document that they need, they said they didnt get it. I sent one that wasnt completed but told them the information was added and boy oh boy thats when Kaprisha got rude and called me a liar and tried to tell me what she thinks isnt her job when in reality her issue was and she even stated we have two minutes until we close. So, I dont care if you already closed if you picked up the phone. Dont call me a liar and give me attitude when I know the information is correct. So, then when I send her the 39 page document showing her its correct and telling her I dont appreciate her calling me a liar or giving the attitude she just says Im sorry you feel that way. Ill have my area manager call you. So, the area manager calls and says Kaprisha says you wanted to speak to someone at home office about an incident. Umm no. She lied yet again. I never said tell anyone to call me. I said I want to cancel my lease with yall. And thats exactly what I did. Bc I could hear in the area managers voice that she wasnt even sincere either. So, I know nothing is going to be said or done about how rude these people are. But, thats okay bc they lost a tenant. I sure did cancel that lease. I dont deal with anyones crap like that.
Good apartment complex. The trash at the dumpster on the weekends needs to be addressed. The pile has been 10 feet high at times.
It's not the worst, it's not the best... I haven't seen many bugs, but the overall environment is subject to the typical renter mentality- no pride of ownership. Lots of littering and noise. My biggest complaint are the caliber of people that move in here.
