    STAY AWAY. TRUST ME. Lets get to the easy to fix stuff first. Pool is never open. Its the middle of June and and we are having 100 degree days and there is still no update to when it will be open. The gate has been wide open for almost a 9 months now. Still hasnt been fixed. No one is enforcing pet clean up, like literal dog crap is everywhere. Grills havent maintained or cleaned in some time. Broken sprinklers in the apartments. AC units frequently go out. On-site Management personal changes every 3 months like clock work, if they even last that long. No one has any idea how to help residents once they are there. The RUDE, completely inept property management group who owns this place is West Shore they refuse to help or give a call back. They are the WORST.

    Since signing the lease in October 2021 worst living experience I have ever gone through and Im paying and arm and a leg for it. Management has extremely poor communication and the show rooms they have is a complete lie, all the units have outdated appliances, flooring/blinds/countertops all outdated. They are timely with tacking on ridiculous fees (valet trash service costs are never consistent, they charge what they want) but seem to always be slammed when it comes to actually managing a property and the tenants. I should have known when it took them 2 months to actually hand over my keys my original lease had been signed in late August but theyre so bad at managing, my unit wasnt actually ready until October. I use ready very loosely because I had to spend 2 days hard scrubbing the entire apartment there was still wall dust everywhere and there was even an extra awning and nails on the floor when I first walked in, I had to fight to get somebody to come clean the carpets because there was still food and hair all in the carpet, which was also stained. Neighbors have complained about management the tenant portal is the absolute WORST. It was a 3 month battle to come fix my dryer that never worked when I moved in, which got replaced with a non working dryer and when I finally got one that did work I received a call while at work that they were entering my apartment without my discretion to replace the already replaced dryer. Since communication was so bad.. by the time I even got in contact with anybody they had already entered my unit just to replace it with a lesser working dryer so now. This entire experience has been so bad. Absolutely terrible.

    I was immediately skeptical when they opted to get my carpet cleaned instead of pulling up the old carpet that clearly had sun STAINS (and other stains) around all the corners. We choose to be optimistic but if our carpets are wet with anything stains leak up. After some cleaning, we noticed the TOILETS DIDNT FLUSH and the TUBS WOULDNT DRAIN. No big deal, well just put in a work order request. THEY NEVER CAME, I had to get draino and a snake to fix all the toilets and tubs myself. This was only a temporary fix, toilet knobs kept falling off. I had to put my hand inside the top to flush my toilet every time. We notified the complex of the problem May 16 2021 via the residence portal, then twice in June on our inventory form and when they did building inspections, and once in July after putting in yet another request. Plus, were one month in and THE AIR CONDITIONING STOPS WORKING. We first notified Ansley of our AC problem on JUNE 3rd when we turned in our inventory form, once again via telephone in June, once again during house inspections at the end of June, via telephone multiple times in July, and via our Ansley portal July 17 2021 for a last resort paper trail. our AC was finally fixed on JULY 21!!!!! By July, Our RENT IS $120 OVER what it typically is due to additional charges. They added an extra $15 to our trash services WITHOUT WARNING which was already $26, isnt that a violation of our lease??? Since when do people pay $40 for valet trash that only comes about twice a week? left us without AC in 90 DEGREE HEAT for over TWO MONTHS. They dont even have a space for visitors to park. MY LAST straw was today when OUR WATER WOULD NOT TURN ON. I PAY MY BILLS ON TIME. NO ONE IS THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THERE IS NO EMERGENCY NUMBER. the pool is NEVER CLEAN the gym has no weights and then treadmills are broken, the car vacuum station DOES NOT WORK, neither of the coded- gates work, and Ive had 5 packages get lost or misplaced.

    High turnover in actual office personnel who are great by the way. Upper Management either fires them or they quit.. Office people notify management of issues and they do not give them the tools to help the actual tenant, they just want them to make excusesBefore Westshore took over, this place was great, and things got fixed that day. Now, not at all. A lot of great residence have moved out and I will be too once my lease is up I have never been late with payments, always early or on time, Im a quiet tenant who goes to work and just wants to come home to peace, not to a hot apartment because of a broken air conditioner (3rd time now), and a tenant above me who sounds like hes dropping weights, or a medicine ball literally ALL day and 11:30-1:30am Again, 4-5 years ago this place was great, now the only thing you can count on is your apartment or car being broken into and rent going significantly up each year and the quality going down Also extra charges they dont tell you about at time of signing lease, expect to pay 50-70$ due to extra water bill charge, extra trash charges-which the Sunday-Thursday pick up is a joke, pretty much can guarantee one of those days every week someones trash does not get pick up, but you are still charged, the Gate on the Nations Ford rd side has NEVER worked consistently more than 2 months in the last 5 years, but yet thats an amenity right??. This place had wonderful potential, so unfortunate the wrong hands have taken over it. There are a lot of great apartments in Charlotte that will treat their places and people much better and for the same price, this isnt one of them anymore.

    Very nasty condition.Dogs Poops are every where. very bad behavior while moving out. They didnot compete the final settlement but they involved collection team and also give them wrong inputs
