I'm having trouble getting maintenance to come and fix things I have requested for over a month. I still don't have the upgraded appliances.

Dont move here everything here is horrible. Its nice and the people are nice for the first few months and then it takes a turn for the absolute worst. The office attendants dont care about the tenants and take complaints lightly. If you can afford to go somewhere else.
