Quality of management was never a part of my decision making when choosing an apartment, and that's why I ignored all the bad reviews.

In my next home search I'll definitely give it a much higher weight. Bad management can totally impact your quality of living.

Seriously if there were negative stars I would use them. This place I thought I loved at the beginning. If you read the reviews you will find a common negative factor. This place is the MVP for the most hidden fees and/or half way truth manipulation. For half the time I lived there all of spring and summer I couldnt even use my balcony. Do you think they ever offered any type of compensation? Nope. In addition I agree with everyone who is saying that they make their prices seem competitive and that youre getting a really good deal when in fact they have all of these additional add-on fees that you later find out about that are not optional. Upping your rent a good $150. I cant remember a time they have EVER answered the leasing office phone. And when you move out, again more hidden fees. SHOCKED (not really *insert eye roll emoji*). This place and management is a freaking joke. RUN.

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. The staff was so rude and the appliances were extremely cheap. Live anywhere else!

Good location & the office staff is great. But guest parking is non-existent half the time & things like packages & door mats get stolen. Property has been vandalized & destroyed. The management company's response is "we have residents who get drunk & make poor choices".
