Overall a good place. Noise levels are high from neighbirs walking upstairs and people talking outside. Management turns over often, but they are very responsive. They offer regular events every couple of weeks. Place is kept clean and interior finishes are nice. Location is good, but itll be interesting to see how bad traffic is once the building across the street is competed.
Dilworth s best first impression
Solis at Dilworth is So-Worth... From the professional staff to the cleanliness of the apartment you will immediately feel at home. Happiness go lucky attitude starts at the top and trickles to all the folks in this community. Moving is a breeze with so many amenities. You need something, just ask and you will be amazed.
In terms of customer service, this is a great place. They really know how to handle people professionally and will always be nice. One thing no one talks about is the fact that it is located right next to a hospital. I lived on the third floor and woke up at least once a night because of the ambulances, fire trucks and sometimes police that followed it. Entering and exiting the apartment is also a nightmare. After living there for a year, I still did not know if I could make a U turn on Kenilworth. There was always so much traffic during rush hours when you try to exit from E. Morehead, don't bother trying to make a left turn. If you must live here, request an apartment that faces the courtyard. If you haven't signed your lease yet, it's a growing market. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Fire alarms have history of going off for hours without ability to be silenced. Just ask anyone in the neighborhood. There is the convenience of being close to work and the units have large bedrooms and closets, but seeing how many other options there are in the area it is probably worth looking at other options.
