Leasing office staff is very knowledgeable, and very accommodating when you have a problem making up you mind! Maintenance staff is not only professional, but also prompt and correct in diagnosing problems!
The people in the office are wonderful and warm and welcoming.
The neighborhood and neighbors are nice, and the location is very convenient with a bus stop right at the entrance to the complex. Office staff are always very nice and responsive. We renewed for a second year but if the rent increases again, we will have to move next summer. We live in the smallest 1-br and we got a handicapped accessible unit just by chance, so the layout is awkward and makes it feel smaller.
Especially winter time, the service is quite poor, such as cleaning parking lot on snow day.
Absolutely no plan for snow/ice removal. Same ridiculous line about company policy. What does that mean. Be an advocate for us and have them amend the policy. The operation is run to avoid liability and not to serve their tenants.
