I love my new apartment here. It works great for me and my little yorkie and the location is so convenient to everything in Chapel Hill and Durham, yet I feel like I am in a small town area at the same time.

I have had excellent customer service from Alicia and Tara. They have gone out of their way to help me resolve some issues that they could have easily ignored. But they went above and beyond simply because they want to help. Community living has its benefits but it also has some very stressful drawbacks that can occur and are usually out of everyones control, so managing people who have to live together in close proximity can be challenging and stressful, Im sure. These ladies have done an excellent job. They have made this complex a better place to live.

The management in this community is horrible. The heater in my apartment was broken. They tried to fix it over 10 times but they never wanted to replace the old one. As a result, I had to buy heaters to keep warm in winter for my family. Another thing mad me is that the office forced me to move out for a while sine they wanted to fix the leakage of the underground sewer. At that time, I just had my baby born for one week. It is so inhumanity!!! Also, when I moved out of the apartment, they charged me a huge of unreasonable money for replacing the carpet because there about three stains with diameter of 1cm even though the carpet had been several years old before I moved in. I have heard a least five cases about the office charged a lot of money when people moved out.

Great place to live! Close to campus and shopping. The neighborhood is quite and the office staff is great!

They should know they are setting in the office to service the tenant Not be rude with the people They should know they are taking their salary from the tenant So they should be nice with them not to be rude and aggressive That's the worthes place I have seen in my life
