Updated units feature stainless steel appliances, newer fixtures, and a W/D unit. The Garden units are on one floor (rather than 2 levels) with one bathroom and two bedrooms. The Garden units offer two entrances, one in the front hallway, and one at the back of units where they open onto a small back yard and a wooded area. The Townhome units have hardwood floors. The front door is at ground level so they have a bit more natural light than the garden style. The Townhome units have two bedrooms upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms. The living room, kitchen, dining area, and half-bathroom are downstairs. There is a comfortable deck off the kitchen back door, and bookshelves are on the 2nd floor. These apartments are very spacious, have great closet space, and are walking distance to UNC. Leasing is flexible and we offer six month, twelve month, and twenty four month options. Shorter leases have a higher rent compared to more long term options so just let me know what you are looking for.
