The pools are rarely open in the summer. The maintenance guys are awesome but the front office people are lazy. Terrible storage space so if you need a lot of storage don't move here. Also now you have to pay for cable even if you don't want it. You have to pay for it.
Very nice refurbished apartments in a serene setting. Price much easier on a budget than many in the area.
This place used to be absolutely awesome. Until it was sold and became Woodlyn on the Green. They hiked our rent $200+ dollars and told us we would be getting kitchen renovations and more for the rent increase. NEVER got the renovation but got to keep the rent increase. They decided your apartment gets renovated when you leave instead. Recently they make a back door deal with Time Warner Cable and now you don't even get to choose what cable and TV service you have. You get what Woodlyn on the Green deems to be appropriate. This place is absolute garbage since ownership change. They can't even keep the outside of the buildings clean. They are so lazy they put one coat of white paint on a brown fence and left it. Also you better hope and pray the sidewalks don't have ice or snow on them. Not only will they not clear them you have to sign a clause in your lease that its your fault if you fall not theirs. I used to LOVE this place. Now, I just can't wait to move.
Just don't even do it. Its not worth it no matter how much NEW they tell you about. You'll regret it after a month if not sooner. The problems are covered up, not fixed.
Absolutely worst place Ive ever lived. Maintence sucks, and the apartments are old and cheaply put together. Spend your money elsewhere.
